I'm from Boston, Massachusetts, born and raised here! Lived here for 14 years, until moving to Atlanta, Georgia. Lived there for another 15 years, went to college in Athens, Georgia, and lived Atlanta for a bit after. Moved back up to Boston 4 years ago, and have been here since. Create, provide, maintain, and support IT resources for all professors, researchers, and graduate students in the CS and EE departments

Use tools such as Ansible, Packer, Gitlab CI/CD, to configure and manage on-prem infrastructure

Configured and automated Windows systems using Ansible playbooks,

Enhanced system monitoring by integrating Prometheus and Grafana, upgrading the previous Nagios system and improving downtime response

Design, create, and manage Microsoft services on Windows Server 2019.
